Anterior cervical spinal reconstruction – cutting edge “hybrids” and multiple artificial discs

“Worn out necks” with osteophytes, desiccated (dehydrated, collapsed discs) and early reversal of lordosis (left panel, pre-op.) can be structurally and functionally salvaged/’rejuvinated’ with hybrid cage and artificial disc (middle panel, post-op. same patient) constructs or, where feasible, dual (or multiple) artificial discs (right panel, different patient). Lovely to be living in a day and age where this is possible.
